What we keep
When you book, the booking page keeps your name, your contact details and your dates, under its own privacy policy, which it shows you. When you write to us through this site, your message comes to our inbox and is not kept anywhere else.
The phone after nine
After nine at night an AI assistant answers our phone. It says it is one at the start of the call and that the call may be recorded. It never asks for a card number. Recordings and notes are kept for thirty days so we can call you back, then deleted.
What we never do
We never sell or share your details, and this site sets no tracking cookies.
Asking
Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by phone or by email, and we will answer within a week.
